Power, Precision, and Purpose: How B2i Technologies is Transforming Investor Website Solutions

B2i Technologies, a software provider and website development company, has created cutting-edge web solutions for corporate and investor websites for seamless investor communications.

For public companies, a website is no longer just a digital presence; it’s a brand signal, and increasingly, the first place investors go to understand the CEO’s perspective on the investment opportunity. But for many small and mid-cap companies, keeping up with the dynamic demands hasn’t always been easy. That’s where B2i Technologies comes in.

“We’re corporate and investor website specialists,” says Joe Dunlow, CEO at B2i. “And when I say ‘Investor,’ I mean something very specific. There’s a different standard of communication when dealing with regulatory content such as SEC filings or material disclosures, and it’s not just about design, but also compliance, clarity, and speed, and that’s the process we’ve been refining for the past 25 years.”

Founded 25 years ago, B2i Technologies has quietly built a reputation as one of the most nimble and trusted software providers of modular, scalable, and deeply customizable platforms in the corporate and investor relations (IR) landscape. Yet when the company began, it aimed to solve a fundamental problem, where most small-cap companies lacked the tools and analyst coverage needed to properly communicate to investors and stakeholders. “The idea was to empower companies to take control of their message instead of waiting on analysts who might never cover them.”

That vision led to the launch of one of the first investor relations SaaS offerings. They developed a real-time content management system (CMS) that replaced the slow, developer-heavy approach of hand-coded websites. From there, the platform stepped into a perpetual momentum, evolving rapidly, even until today.

“We had a vision, and as we kept going, we morphed and changed into what really met the client’s needs,” Dunlow adds. “So once we caught that tide, we became unstoppable.”

With that motive as a catalyst, B2i quickly began developing better website solutions rooted in the mission to help businesses make scalable, efficient, and customizable websites. “We started with a CMS that allowed real-time updates,” Dunlow shares. “Then we added email notifications, because IR teams needed a way to alert stakeholders instantly. Then we built in contact management and document management systems. These are things most platforms separate, but we made them work together.”

Today, B2i’s platform is modular by design. Companies can pick and choose from a range of embeddable DataAnywhere modules, including SEC filings, press releases, stock data, governance documents, leadership bios, event calendars, and more. And everything can be dropped directly into any corporate and investor site, via B2i’s proprietary JavaScript API and Plugin.

“When we witnessed the rise of WordPress about nine years ago, we saw more clients asking to bring IR content into their main corporate websites,” Dunlow explains. “Managing two separate sites was arduous, two teams, two sets of updates, and inconsistent branding; it wasn’t ideal. So we created a modular system that allows companies to unify their corporate and investor websites.”

B2i’s system is built for speed and automation, directly integrating data from major wire services to posting press releases, articles, and social media content efficiently. Their proprietary software also enables quick recognition of press releases and other content across the web and brings it to their IR websites, all without the companies lifting a single finger.

“Automation is at the heart of what we do,” Joe says. “When a public company files with the SEC or issues a press release, it needs to be live within seconds. Our system handles that, accurately, securely, and quickly.”

For developers and designers, B2i has gone out of its way to eliminate any technical roadblocks. The simplified, display-ready JavaScript API and WordPress plugin allow for easy integration with no custom coding required.

“We knew designers often aren’t developers,” Joe adds. “So we built it so they could use our modules with a few lines of text. It’s a drag-and-drop model, but under the hood, it’s incredibly powerful.”

That power extends to content personalization and scheduling. Clients can create banner modules for upcoming earnings reports or shareholder meetings and set them to display or expire automatically. Emails can be fully branded to reflect a company’s identity, turning what’s usually a dull investor update into a polished, appealing communication asset. “We like to say it’s like putting a website inside an email,” Dunlow says. “It’s that dynamic.”

B2i has consistently worked toward building unique features that are often missed by its competitors. And that essentially extends to the company’s ability to handle same-day custom feature requests. “That’s what we pride ourselves on,” Dunlow says. “Whatever special needs they have, we make it into a reality, and we do it on the very same day, or sometimes, on the very same call.”

With an eye toward the future, B2i remains rooted in the belief that the best technology is built around real needs.“We’re always listening,” Joe says. “We pay attention to their pain points and respond fast, not through guesswork. And that’s how we stay ahead.”

In a world where technology moves fast and investor expectations move faster, B2i Technologies has carved out a unique space where flexibility meets compliance, and technology meets service. For small to mid-cap companies in particular, B2i isn’t just providing a tool. It has positioned itself as a partner, telling its story.
